Dear Potential Track Sign Sponsor:

Sampson County Relay For Life offers your business the opportunity to make a positive statement about cancer survivorship. It shows your employees and customers, as well as your community that their health is important and that you have made a commitment to fighting cancer.

For a fourth year we are offering a special sponsorship opportunity. For each $100 contribution, your business name will be displayed on an individual 18” x 24” sign around the perimeter of the relay track. Your business will be recognized throughout Sampson County as a partner in the fight against cancer. Your commitment to become a track sign sponsor will enable you to see cancer victims become cancer survivors at the Sampson County Relay For Life on June 1st and 2nd at the Clinton High School football stadium. Important: If you were a track sign sponsor in 2006 and would like to be a sponsor in 2007, you must make a $100 contribution again this year.

If you are ready to become a track sign sponsor, please submit the enclosed 2007 Track Sign Sponsorship Form with your check made payable to the American Cancer Society by May 1, 2007.

If you wish for a particular team to receive credit for your contribution, please include the team name in the space provided on the form. You can also give your completed form to the team representative that you choose to receive credit.
